Studio MAPPA has become one of the most recognizable and influential studios in anime, and alongside that acclaim is a heft of controversy and accusations of studio executives overworking employees. But, I find it rather interesting that the studio’s work began as recently as 2012.

From then onward, the team at MAPPA has produced a total of 45 anime titles, with three more on the way as of writing.
