Big Brother 27fans slammed the houseguests for their overly dramatic reactions to the week 3 eviction.

In the comments section of aBig Brother Networkpost, fans lashed out at the houseguests for their reactions to Adrian’s eviction, wondering how they could cry so hysterically when they were the ones who voted him out. One fan wrote,“Everyone knows there is a good chance of leaving the game - get over it already.”

Other fans were especially annoyed by Ava and Jimmy’s sobbing when Adrian left, with some questioning their authenticitybecause they were two of the people who voted him out. One viewer wrote,“OMG Jimmy and Ava…he’s alive for Pete’s sake,“while another added,“Jimmy and Ava were both fake as….I can’t use the word I want…”

Another viewer bashed Lauren for her response to Adrian’s eviction because she was the one who nominated him, writing,“Shut up, Lauren. It was your fault.“A different fan lashed out at all of the houseguests' emotional responses, writing,“Shut up, you backstabbers.”

What Big Brother 27 Fans' Reactions To Houseguests Crying Mean

Fans Don’t Think The Houseguests Are Sincere

Big Brother 27fans are tired of what they perceive as insincere behavior from the houseguests. While it’s understandable that guilt or sympathy might play a role in the contestants crying as their fellow players leave the house, the over-the-top hysterics that some of them have displayed feel very fake and are actually shocking because they’re so theatrical.

If Ava andJimmy felt that terribly about voting out Adrian, then perhaps they should’ve kept him in the game instead of voting with the house. They have to realize that it’s a game, and, even though Adrian was a nice person who needed the money, if they thought that voting him out was best for their game, thenthere’s nothing to feel guilty about. That’s simply the nature ofBig Brother.

InBig Brother 27week 2, when even Rachel was swayed into voting with the house to eliminate her closest ally, Amy Bingham, she cried too, but she hid it well. She only became emotional in front of Morgan, and asked her not to tell anyone that she was so upset. This was in great contrast withZach, who openly wept when Zae Frederich was evicted in week 1.

It’s important for the houseguests to maintain their composure after evictions. If their tears are perceived as fake by viewers, then they’ll lose favor with fans. This could cost them valuable powers from America’s votes, as well as the $50,000 America’s Favorite Player prize.

The fact thatfans are praising Keanu for sticking to his wordand keeping Adrian, and Rachel for not being fake when she voted him out, means thatfans want to see authentic reactions to the evictions that come from the houseguests voting for themselves and not the house.

Big Brother Has Changed Drastically Over The Past 25 Years

TheBig Brother 27week 3 eviction was one of the most emotional in the history of the show. While it’s nice to see thattheBig Brother 27houseguestsaren’t afraid to express their emotions,Ava and Jimmy’s reactions to Adrian’s eviction didn’t seem genuine because they’d voted him out.
