I do n’t have much to add to this except to say that of all the legislation that Arnold has put into effect in California , like banning sex with corpses and making it illegal to fume unless you fume expensive cigar , this law that requires cell phone companies to reuse all returned French telephone is a measure in the correct steering . Now they just need to put little bins at each store and stall and have you strike down off any extra phones you have , no matter which carrier your purchase it through .
