It fits
This is one of those things that’s clearly done in the soul of April Fools, even if it’s basically just a marketing trailer. Taking a decidedly grindhouse strategy, this newDark Souls IIIpromo basically sums up the plot of the game with an appropriately hardcore tone.
It may seem lame or dated to some, but I’m glad that this aspect of film history is still alive today. I just watchedTurbo Kidrecently in fact, and damn was it great. Robert Rodriguez and Tarantino’sGrindhouse(with all the trailers) was one of my favorite movie theater experiences ever.
