Escoffier kit
Escoffier is a 5-star Cryo Polearm character from Fontaine. This means that she has the Pneumousia mechanic built into her kit.
Primarily, she is an off-field character who can consistently apply Cryo and heal her party members. However, her Passive Talents dictate that she only be placed in Freeze or mono-Cryo teams. This severely limits her flexibility.
Escoffier Combat Skills
Her Arkhe alignment is Ousia. She’s a supportive unit, and her combat talents are quite straightforward.
Basic Attack - Kitchen Skills
Her Basic Attack has nothing out of the ordinary. It deals Physical DMG and she does an upward thrust as her Charged Attack.
Elemental Skill - Low-Temperature Cooking
This skill has two modes, Tap and Hold, and makes use of her Cooking Mek.
Cooking Mek: Cold Storage Mode
Escoffier’s Mek follows the character and deals Cryo DMG to nearby enemies. It stays active even if Escoffier is not on the field.
Cooking Mek: Off-the-Cuff Cookery Mode
Places the Cooking Mek down, and it can absorb elemental attacks.
Tap
Activate Cooking Mek in Cold Storage Mode and deal AoE Cryo DMG. Occasionally, this will be Ousia-aligned DMG.

Constant Off-the-Cuff Cookery
When the elemental energy absorbed by the Cooking Mek in Off-the-Cuff Cookery Mode reaches a certain point, she can produce wonderful food from it.
This has a limit and resets every Monday at 4:00 AM, server time.
Better to Salivate than Medicate
For a duration after using her Elemental Burst, she will heal nearby active characters.
Inspiration-Immersed Seasoning
Decrease the Hydro RES and Cryo RES of enemies hit by her Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst based on how many Hydro and Cryo characters there are in the party.
