The fallcollegiateseason for Fortnite is among us, as Epic has posted the official dates on theirwebsite. Here is the official schedule and their designated game modes.
September 7: Trios Zero BuildSeptember 8: Solo Battle RoyaleOctober 5: Trios Zero BuildOctober 6: Solo Battle RoyaleNovember 2: Trios Zero BuildNovember 3: Solo Battle Royale
Players will be competing during each event for cash prizes, and every player that competes will get an exclusive cosmetic.
The most exciting part about these tournaments is the different game modes. Collegiate players will have the chance to play Fortnite as a solo and in a trio. Not the best builder? No problem. Even a few Zero Build tournaments will be taking place.
Collegiate Fortnite is on the rise, with events such as theNick Eh 30 Collegiate Invitationalin June drawing attention. What is more, the top 3 finishers at TimTheTatman’s Hoedown $100 Zero Build Tournament on July 17th were all collegiate players! (Benk_live, RottenTwinkies andPfluger)
