A golden retriever named Riley made a generous gesture toward his new pal — a zebu calf.

The calf does engage with the toy for a moment and then stands up to inspect it briefly before moving on.

“She doesn’t want your toy, Riley — let me get it for you,” de Bem repeats to Riley as the social pooch starts to climb into the crate.

“Goldens will take every opportunity they can to make a friend, and I love it so much,” one person wrote.

And other viewers predicted that the adorable duo would soon be the best of friends.
