High on Lifeis the latest comedic title from Squanch Games that puts players in the shoes of a human that ends up in an alien world where he wields a gun that speaks. Of course, this alien world might not be real at all, as the main character ofHigh on Lifedecides to take some mind-altering drugs in the opening cutscenes.

How to Save in High on Life
High on Lifeplayers have no way to manually save their game. There’s no save game option in the menus, and there won’t be any physical save points to interact with like other video games. However, players should know thatHigh on Lifewill auto-save often, and when it does, an icon will appear in the bottom-right corner of the screen. The game seems to save pretty often, so players shouldn’t need to worry about losing a lot of progress.
Once players close out ofHigh on Life, they can start it up again and choose the option to ‘Continue Game’ to start from the last checkpoint. However, for those that would like to choose a different save file, they can press the button that says ‘Load Game.’ There are three save slots to pick from.

If any players have made a mistake in-game and would like to go back a few seconds, then they can hit the pause menu to reload to the last checkpoint. Of course, any progress made will be lost.
