Pokémon GO Fest Global brings the rollout of the the Crowned forms of Zacian and Zamazenta.To transform Zacian and Zamazenta into Crowned Sword Zacian and Crowned Shield Zamazenta you will need either1000 Crowned Sword Energy or 1000 Crowned Shield Energy.Then, you also need30 candy for the respective Pokémon. Finally, the Pokémon you want to transform needs the moveIron Head, this is accessible with a standard TM.
This is a brand new resource in Pokémon GO, and you will need to gather enough Fusion Energy across the weekend of June 28 and 29 during the Global edition of GO Fest. Trainers who attended events in-person were limited to just 1000 energy of one type. Without the required Crowned Energy, you cannot obtain either of these two powerful Pokémon in Pokémon GO.

There are currently two ways to get Crowned Sword and Crowned Shield Energy in Pokémon GO:
All Trainers will get enough Fusion Energy from the Research given out during Pokémon GO Fest Global from either the Sword or Shield path. Trainers who attended GO Fest in-person will have had additional research from their Park Experience day.
In addition, Trainers can then gather as much Crowned Sword Energy or Crowned Shield energy as they desire from Raids.
During Pokémon GO Fest Global, this energy will work like Mega Energy does in Pokémon GO. Both in-person or Remote Raids will award energy after the Raid. The faster you beat the Raid, the more Crowned Energy you get. Expect to get from 80-110 Energy per Raid.
That means it will take somewhere between 10 and 15 Raids for you to have enough Crowned Energy to access Crowned Sword Zacian or Crowned Shield Zamazenta. With all these methods, you should be able to get both of these Pokémon in Pokémon GO.
