Get ready to get your hands on Black and White Kyurem in Pokémon GO during the Unova Tour.
It was widely expected, but we have official confirmation that Black and White Kyurem are coming to Pokémon GO during the Unova Tour in February. Trainers at the in-person events in Los Angeles and Taipei will get the first chance to encounter these new Fusion Pokémon. Then, all Trainers worldwide will be able to battle Black and White Kyurem in Raids during the Unova Tour Global event.
Here is everything we know about the debut of these two powerful new Pokémon in Pokémon GO.
Black and White Kyurem to debut during Unova Tour
Trainers have known that Black and White Kyurem were coming to the game for over a year.They accidentally appeared as rewards in the GBL, and were swiftly removed.It made sense for these Pokémon to debut duringUnova Tour, so this isn’t a big surprise.
However, it is nice to have official confirmation and details that we will be getting these Pokémon. They will be very powerful in Pokémon GO, and frankly are really awesome looking Pokémon. The pair should also greatly shake up the GO Battle League.

How to Fuse Kyurem
If you played Pokémon GO Fest, you will be familiar with the Fusion mechanic. Fusing Kyurem with either Zekrom or Reshiram will work exactly the same as the Necrozma Fusion forms.
You’ll be able to get Volt or Blaze Fusion Energy from battling either Black or White Kyurem in Raids during the Unova Tour. Just like with Necrozma, you will encounter Kyurem in its unfused form after defeating either version of Kyurem in Raids.
Special Moves
At the moment there is no mention of either Black or White Kyurem having Adventure Effects in Pokémon GO. However, both Fusion forms will have a special move.
We don’t have details of these two moves. But, based on the moves that both Necrozma Fusion Forms got, you can expect this to be a very relevant move for PvP and Raids.
