Hugo Vladwas revealed to be an Ice Attack Agent. According to leaks, he will be of S-rank rarity. He is a member of Mockingbird, a new playable faction, alongside Vivian. Both Hugo andVivianplay an important role in the story added in ZZZ version 1.6, and we can expect to know him and his backstory with Lycaon as he becomes playable.
Hugo will be added as a playable Agent in the ZZZ version 1.7 update, expected on July 03, 2025.

Zenless Zone Zero replaced voice actors without their consent amid SAG strike
Two more Zenless Zone Zero roles have been recast without the actors’ knowledge.
Basic Attack
A four-hit combo that deals Physical and Ice DMG. Holding the Attack button during the fourth hit will charge up a shot. The fourth attack has increased Anti-Interrupt Level.
Enhanced Basic Attack
Tap Special after the fourth hit of Basic Attack or Dodge Counter to activate:
Follow-Up Attack
Hugo performs a follow-up attack when he is off-field, and the active character hits a heavy attack. This has a cooldown.

Hugo’s dodge and Dash Attack are nothing special. The latter does Physical DMG.
Assist
Quick Assist
Trigger Dodge Counter when switching to Hugo after the active character is knocked down.
Defensive Assist
Switch to Hugo and parry the enemy attack to deal massive Daze.
Chain Attack
Dash forward, unleash a wide slash, then a finishing blow, dealing massive Ice DMG.
The finishing blow is considered a Charged Shot. Hugo is invincible during this.
Ultimate Skill
Hugo attacks enemies in a large area in front of him, dealing massive Ice DMG.
When the Chared EX Special hits a Disrupted enemy, trigger Final Calculation.
