The cast ofThis Is Usreunited recently tocelebrate the lifeofRon Cephas Jones.
In a group photo shared to her Instagram Story on Sunday,Mandy Mooreposed sat around a dinner table withChris Sullivan,Sterling K. Brown,Susan Kelechi WatsonandJon Huertasafter gathering to remember their late costar and friend.
“Before the tears, we broke bread,” she captioned the post. “I love this family forever. And we love you, Ron.”

Jones died at age 66 on Aug.19, due to a“long-standing pulmonary issue,”a rep confirmed to PEOPLE.

Shortly after the news, the cast of the NBC dramashared their respective tributesto Jones on Instagram.
“Life imitated art today, and one of the most wonderful people the world has ever seen is no longer with us,” Brown, who played Jones’ long-lost biological son, wrote in his touching post. “@cephasjaz has passed away, and the world is a little less bright. Brother, you are loved. And you will be missed.”
“Keep them laughing in the next phase of existence, and I’ll see you when I get there. ❤️✌🏿✊🏿,” he added, sharing a still of himself and Jones fromThis Is Us.

Moorewrote in her own posthonoring Jones, “Getting to know and work with Ron on the wild ride of ‘This Is Us’ was the greatest gift. He was pure magic as a human and an artist…I will treasure all of the moments forever.”
“My thoughts and love are with Jasmine and his family and friends. Love you, @cephasjaz,” the actress concluded.

Sullivan also paid tribute to Jones onInstagram, writing, “I cannot believe he is gone! It doesn’t seem possible. He was such a generous and compassionate heart. I am so grateful for the time we spent together. #RIPRCJ.”
Huertas, 53, marveled over the late actor’s talent inhis tribute, “Ron, you were one of the most talented and warm men I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.”
