After reports surfaced on Wednesday suggesting that Cyrus, 26, was pregnant with her first child, the “Wrecking Ball” singer denied she was expecting on Twitter.
“I’m not ‘egg-expecting’ but it’s ‘egg-celent’ to hear everyone is so ‘happy for us’… we’re happy for us too!” Cyrustweeted— poking fun at theworld record eggwhich surpassedKylie Jenner‘s first snapshot of daughterStormias the most-liked Instagram of all time.
“‘Egg-cited’ for this next chapter in our lives… Now, can everyone leave me alone and go back to staring at an egg,” Cyrus added.

Cyrus and Hemsworthtied the knoton Dec. 23 during an intimate at home ceremony.
Days later, Cyrus confirmed the surprise nuptials, sharing two sweet photos from their wedding.
Cyrus captioned the photos of her embracing Hemsworth: “12.23.18” and “10 years later …..” On the photo of them kissing, the singer wrote: “This is probably our one – millionth kiss.”
Hemsworth also shared thesame photo, writing, “My love.”
A source close to Cyrus previously told PEOPLE the newlywedsaren’t ready to be parents.
“They both love kids, but they’re not in a rush to start a family,” the source explained.
It’s safe to say the lovebirds are instead basking in marital bliss.
On Monday, Cyrusshared a long love letterto her new husband in honor of his 29th birthday.
“L, HBD to my #1 … When we met you were 19, Today, you are 29… I thought I could share some of my favorite things about my favorite dude in honors of this very special day,” Cyrus began.
