The classic games coming to the Premium tier ofPlayStation Plusin May 2023 will launch with trophy support, asBlade Dancer: Lineage of LightandPursuit Forcewill have this feature on day one.PS Plus Premiumusers get some additional benefits over the other tiers, as they get access to select PS1, PS2, and PSP games at no extra cost.
Many of these titles offer support for trophies, allowing users to earn them for achieving various tasks in the game. The new games added toPS Plus Premium in March 2023 came with trophy support, as bothSyphon Filter: Dark MirrorandApe Academy 2offered this feature on release. Now, it looks like gamers will be able to earn trophies in the new games coming to PS Plus Premium in May 2023.

As reported by Push Square, trophies forBlade Dancer: Lineage of LightandPursuit Forcehave appeared on Exophase, hours before they are said to go live on PS Plus Premium. Fans can earn up to 31 trophies inPursuit Force, whileBlade Dancer: Lineage of Lightwill allow gamers to unlock 28 trophies. This number includes thehighly sought-after platinum trophyfor players that can earn all the other trophies in these games.
It should be noted thatPS Plus Premium users will also get to playSyphon Filter: Logan’s Shadowas a classic game for May 2023, but its trophy list has not appeared as of this writing. However, as other games in theSyphon Filterseries came with trophy support, it’s likely forSyphon Filter: Logan’s Shadowto also release with this feature.
While many games support this feature at launch, Sony can add trophies to titles already on the service as well. As an example,Sony updatedSuper Stardust Portablewith trophy supportearlier this year, even though the game came out on PS Plus Premium in June 2022.
