Here are your candidates for the Keighleys
It’s that time of year again. The snow is starting to fall, as fall turns to winter, and The Game Awards are just around the corner. Today, The Game Awards revealed its 2022 nominees.
Theawards ceremony itselfwill take place on December 8 at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, CA. There will be industry members anda ticket-purchasing audiencein attendance, for a night of trophies and world premieres.
This year’s nominees are led byGod of War Ragnarokwith 10 total nominations, followed byElden Ringat 7. It’s not all titans though, as some indie projects got some nods too.ImmortalityandNeon Whiteboth picked up three nominations apiece.
Debut Indie Game and Games For Impact have some solid entries too, likeVampire SurvivorsandCitizen Sleeper. A certain gaming content creator was also recognized, asrecently-retired news aggregatorNibellion (a.k.a. Nibel) got a nomination for Content Creator of the Year.
