World of Warcraft’s (WoW) The War Within is now playable worldwide. To give players an idea of what to expect in the new expansion after its kickoff, Blizzard has released the WoW The War Within Season 1 schedule, detailing content release dates and more.

WoW The War Within Season 1 release date
The Season 1 release date is Sept. 10. Once the season is live, players can expect the opening of Heroic and Raid Finder Wing 1 of Nerub-ar Palace. Folks can also look forward to Mythic 0 dungeons, Heroic seasonal dungeons, new world bosses, and PvP Season 1.

Starting Sept. 10, players can experience the Heroic and Raid Finder Wing 1 of Nerub-ar Palace, Heroic seasonal dungeons, Mythic 0 dungeons, PvP Season 1, plus new world bosses. These new bosses, in particular, are Kordac, the Dormant Protector, Aggregation of Horrors, Shurrai, Atrocity of the Undersea, and Orta, the Broken Mountain.
Later in the month, on Sept. 17, folks can expect Mythic raids, Raid Finder Wing 2, Mythic+ dungeons, plus the raid Story Mode. As for Raid Finder Wing 3, it opens on Sept. 24.
